Every other spot was open. Not one other vehicle anywhere in the lot. Grown man in his mid 40's casually gets out and waltzes inside.

Horrendous parking.

I say in the future if handicap spots are blocked it should be legal for anyone with a handicap tag to double park them/block them in. Seems fair to me.

Having ridden around in a wheelchair van and having to pass places up because all the van spots with extra space are full, I can say with 100000% certainty that there is a special place in hell for people who clog up handicapped spots. Even partially.
